    In this section, you will be able to modify the information you provided when you created your Pierre Lannier account or when you modified your account: Civility, Name, First name, Date of birth, E-mail address and password. You can also modify your subscriptions to our newsletter.

  • Save addresses

    You can create a default billing and delivery address, but also add as many delivery addresses as you want by giving them a name (home, office, ...). Everything to help us deliver our watches with precision.

  • Track my orders and returns

    Track your watch or bracelet orders and return requests easily in your account. You can also recommend a product that you liked.

It is possible that during your navigation on different websites, some of our watches and bracelets are not visible on our site. Don't panic, these are most likely original products that we do not have in stock at the moment on the site. If you are looking for a particular product, please contact us with the reference you want.

Validation of your order

In order for your order to be definitively validated and shipped to you, our third party partner (ONEYTRUST) may have to ensure the security of your transactions and to fight against possible fraud attempts. These manual verifications (an operator from OneyTrust may contact you), may take up to 48 hours. You may be asked to provide proof of your identity.

These verifications can lead to a later validation of your order which will delay the delivery. But they are necessary to guarantee the good treatment of this one!

To order on the Pierre-Lannier.fr website your future watch, you will have to create a Pierre Lannier account. It will take you only one minute and will allow us to give you all the information of follow-up of your order.

Delivery

We draw your attention to the fact that we work with a third party partner (ONEYTRUST) to ensure the security of your transactions and to fight against possible fraud attempts. Any order subject to validation and investigation by our partner may result in an additional delivery time of 24 to 48 hours.

  • Country

    We currently deliver to Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, Spain and United Kingdom.

  • Delivery modes

    You can choose between home delivery, delivery to your workplace, delivery to the address of your choice or to one of the 8,000 Chronopost pick-up points.

  • Delivery times

    In France, for any order placed and validated before 3pm, we deliver from Monday to Friday before 1pm (Except on Friday, the order must be placed before 10am). In Belgium and Luxembourg, the maximum time of order is 10 am.

  • Delivery fees

    Take advantage of the free delivery from 200€ of purchases and whatever the delivery mode you chose.

How do I track my package?

When our order, prepared with care, leaves our workshop, you receive an email from our partner Chronopost allowing you to track your package.

This tracking is also present in your account, at each step of the delivery of your package. You can also track your package on the Chronopost website with the tracking number provided: https://www.chronopost.fr/fr/suivi-colis.

How do I reschedule my delivery?

You have two possibilities to reschedule your delivery: either by informing the carrier by sms at least 2 hours before the delivery time, or by choosing a collection point near your home.

When entering your details, it is imperative that you fill in the following information:

> Complete contact information: Name, first name, apartment number, floor, street number, street, postal code, city, e-mail.

>The door code of the building: so that the driver can enter the building, deliver the package or leave a notice in the mailbox in case you are absent.

> The telephone number: it will allow Chronopost to contact you to facilitate the delivery and to notify you thanks to its Predict service.

Return

How do I return my package?

Do you know that you can go to one of our partner jewelry stores to have your bracelet sized. You can also consult our instructions for sizing bracelets with sliding clasps.

Only returns of watches, boxes and jewelry are allowed. Wristbands cannot be returned. The product will have to be returned over to the Company PIERRE-LANNIER.FR SASU in its original packing and no return will be accepted if the returned product was visibly worn, damaged, or its packing is damaged or deteriorated, making the product unfit for its resale.

To make a return, it is simple and free: you have a period of 30 working days from the day you receive your package.

During these 30 days, the expenses of return are completely taken in charge by us since Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium and Luxembourg. The expenses of return are chargeable to the customer beyond 30 days following the reception of the order. The expenses of forwarding are the responsibility of Pierre Lannier.

Any return under warranty must be accompanied by the original Certificate of Warranty and a copy of the purchase invoice available in the customer account on the website www.pierre-lannier.com/en/. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return your package in 4 steps

  • 1. Print

    Fill out the online form to request a return on your customer account. You can then download your return form and print it.

  • 2. Prepare

    Affix the label to your package. Make sure to cover the shipping label. Then put the item back in its original packaging and make sure that the item is well secured to avoid any breakage during the return.

  • 3. Return

    Go to the nearest Pick-up & Go location or post office and drop off your package.

    Be sure to have your receipt stamped or signed to retain proof of deposit.

  • 4. Refund

    Après avoir réceptionné votre colis et constaté que celui-ci n'a aucun problème, nous vous remboursons dans les plus brefs délais.

In the event of multiple order, in other words of an order of several products, the time of retractation runs as from the reception of the last product. The product will have to be returned to the PIERRE-LANNIER.FR Company in its packing of origin accompanied by its certificate of guarantee and the invoice of purchase available in the account customer on the www.pierre-lannier.com site. No return will be accepted if the returned product has been visibly worn, damaged, or its packaging damaged/deteriorated, making the product unfit for resale. If the return is refused by Pierre Lannier, the product shall be returned to the Customer at Pierre Lannier's expense without the Customer being able to demand a refund or any compensation whatsoever.

If the date of receipt of the product is more than 30 days, the return will be at your expense.

If the date of purchase of your watch is older than 2 years, the warranty does not apply.

All your payment information never reaches us. They are stored and used temporarily in a confidential and encrypted way by our payment partners:

- OneyTrust, for the verification of your information and the fight against fraud,

- Atos, for the payment module of our online bank, Société Générale,

- Paypal, through its payment module.

Accepted payment methods

  • Credit card

    We accept credit cards, Visa, MasterCard. We do not accept AMEX at this time. All our transactions are secured through a SSL certificate present on our server. We do not store any banking information at Pierre Lannier. They are temporarily stored on a secure server of the Société Générale.

  • Paypal

    If you wish to use another payment method, you can log in to your Paypal account or create one. With Paypal, you will not enter your credit card information on our website and it will not be transmitted to our banking partner.

  • Alma

    If you wish to pay in installments, our partner ALMA offers 2x, 3x or 4x payment options. Once you have selected ALMA as your payment method, you will be redirected to the ALMA's website, where you can choose one of the payment options available. You will need to fill in additional personal information, such as your name and telephone number, your credit card details.

Invoice

Your invoice is available directly in : "My Account / My Orders" once your watch has been shipped. It will remain stored there and you can download or print it at any time.

When you buy a Pierre Lannier watch, you will always receive in your case a manual corresponding to your watch: changing an interchangeable strap, adjusting the size of your bracelet or understanding the operation of your multifunction watch.

International Warranty

Thank you for choosing a Pierre Lannier watch. Your new Pierre Lannier watch is guaranteed for a 24-month period from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. Within this guarantee period, any part found by our technical service to be defective as a result of a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge by Pierre Lannier. All our watches bought in France or abroad on our website, from one of our partners resellers on their website or in a store, on a marketplace or on a private sales website, are covered by this warranty.

What is not covered

  • Spare parts

    Batteries, glasses and straps of our watches are not covered by the warranty.

  • Accidents

    Defects resulting from improper or insufficient care, accidents, as well as the consequences of normal wear and aging of the watch.

  • Neglect

    Damages resulting from manipulation or repair by unauthorized persons.

 

The Pierre Lannier International Guarantee is only valid if the guarantee certificate attached to your watch has been fully filled in, stamped and signed by an authorized Pierre Lannier dealer. In order to benefit from this guarantee, please present this certificate together with your watch.


Our jewelry (earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces) are not covered by the warranty.

Customer Service

In spite of all the care we take in the manufacture of our watches and in the selection of our supplier partners, it is possible that a watch escapes the rigor of our quality control when it leaves the workshop.

 

Any component covered by the warranty will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge provided the defects in material or workmanship are found under normal use.

 

In case of replacement, Pierre Lannier cannot guarantee that you will receive a watch of the same model. If your model is not available, a watch of equivalent value or similar style will be provided to you, in agreement with you.

 

If the problem you encounter with your watch is not covered by the Pierre Lannier warranty or if your warranty has expired, Pierre Lannier's Customer Service will send you, upon receipt, by e-mail or by mail, an estimate of the amount of the necessary repairs. Pierre Lannier will proceed to the repairs only after acceptance of the estimate on your part.

 

For any repair, please send your watch, a proof of purchase (the invoice is available in your customer account on the website www.pierre-lannier.com/en) and a repair form completed at the following address :
